3. Investment Policy

  • Minimum Investment Tenure: 12 months. Clients agree to keep their investment locked in for at least this period.
  • Withdrawal Notice: Clients must provide at least 6 months' notice before withdrawing funds. Early withdrawal requests will not be processed.
  • Profit Distribution: Returns on investment (ROI) are based on agreed terms and market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Risk Disclosure: All investments carry risk. KFC Trading Academy does not guarantee profits or protection against losses.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription plans grant access to exclusive educational materials and mentorship programs.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Users must ensure timely payment to avoid account suspension.

5. Risk Disclaimer

  • Trading and investing in Forex, Crypto, Stocks, CFDs, and Commodities involve a high level of risk.
  • KFC Trading Academy does not guarantee profits or investment returns.
  • You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.

6. User Conduct

  • Investment refunds are not allowed before the 12-month tenure, and withdrawals require a 6-month prior notice.
